The same care as a permanent appointment

The worker should suit both the assignment and the workplace. A temporary appointment can also give the employer and worker an opportunity to experience working together before considering a permanent agreement.

Pricing and billing

Billing is based on the hours worked and the agreed factor. The published range is 1.65–2.50. The agreement sets the individual factor, employment-related costs and any additions.
